Short version: HeyJessica sends friendly daily check-in texts to seniors on behalf of their family. The senior must personally reply YES to begin receiving messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.

Program Description

HeyJessica (“Jessica”) is an AI companion service that sends daily SMS check-in messages to senior users on behalf of their enrolled family members. Messages include daily greetings, wellness check-ins, reminders, and conversational follow-ups based on prior conversations.

How Consent Works

HeyJessica uses a two-step consent process:

Consent is recorded at the time of the YES reply and linked to the senior's account record.

Message Frequency

After opting in, seniors typically receive 1 message per day (morning check-in). Additional messages may be sent based on conversation context, reminders, or safety alerts. Message frequency may vary.

Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To restart messages, reply START.

Supported Carriers
